COFFEE COFFEE COFFEE by Chrisi Keating

Coffee. It’s an acquired taste; when you’re young you can’t stand it, then with time you keep trying it till it starts growing on you, until one day you can’t live without it! Whether you get an extremely long named coffee drink that get the baristas mad or just a simple cup of coffee, it’s hard to start the day without it. There are just some days (or weeks in my case) that you can’t make it through the day without that little jolt in the morning.

Here are some great recipes to get your day off to a great start!

Iced Coffee

1.    Brew a nice strong batch of coffee, and stick it in the fridge to cool it down.
2.    Pour cooled coffee over ice cubes in a big glass (Pint Glasses work well)
3.    Add milk and sugar as wanted, and enjoy!

*If you want to go for the extreme Iced Coffee you can freeze some of the coffee in an ice cube tray to create coffee ice cubes for the chilled coffee to be served over!

The European Ice Coffee  (Eiskaffee)
1.    Brew a nice strong batch of coffee, and stick it in the fridge to cool it down.
2.    Serve one or two scoops of vanilla ice cream in a big glass (Pint Glasses work well)
3.    Poor the cooled coffee over the ice cream
4.    Top with a bit of whipped cream, and enjoy!

*Best to be enjoyed with a straw and spoon
