JAN 19, 2013 SEMINAR: Biomarkers for Improving Cycling Speed, Power, and Aerodynamics

Cycling has keys which when unlocked are at the core of powerful and healthy cycling. Some of these include a proper bike fit, training smart & resting smart, good nutrition, flexibility, core & extremity strength, and many others.

In this active workshop we will ride, stretch, and strengthen while you learn about these foundational principles.
