IPF+MVP = PR


This week we had an incredible set of rides for our Maximum Velocity Program. We had 10 people set over 25 PR's this week. We even picked up some Strava KOM/QOM's as well given to the fastest rider for a given segment of trail or pavement.

Proof the program works, and our riders are kicking some serious butt!
